No charge for Municipality of Neebing NON-Profit Groups.

(i.e Brownies, Scouts, Girl Guides, or community event meetings such as TOPS, Play Group, or Line Dancing)

 

 

Out of Community Rentals

  • $20.00 Per Hour

 

Deposit By All Renters (Neebing Residents and out of Community Renters)

  • Refundable Deposit - $300.00

 

To be paid at time the keys are picked up and will be returned one the hall has been inspected

 

                                 

Planning Fees

The Fees for Planning purposes in the Municipality of Neebing per application shall be as outlined below:

 

1.    Zoning By-law Amendments                              $ 1,000.00


2.    Official Plan Amendments                                  $ 3,000.00

 

3.    Consent to Sever/Create Easements               $ 1,000.00

 

4.    Minor Variances                                                    $ 1,000.00

 

5.    Conversion to Permanent Residency               $ 1,000.00
